I must have read every diet book that has been around and this one is great. I am almost a vegan and her tips relate to a vegan style living since she asks her readers to follow Dr. Joel Fuhrman's diet. Her book really helped me with my emotional stress eating related to money and I do practice her walking mediation all day long. It has helped me so much and would benefit others, too.
