Amazon.com Review Holy guacamole! Skippyjon Jones is crazy-loco for dinosaurs! The kitty boy enters (via his closet) the land of dinosaurs in search of the fabled Skipposaurus. Instead he runs into his old amigos, the Chimichango gang. When a T-Mex threatens the pack, it's El Skippito, the great sword fighter, to the rescue. With yips and yowls, he drives the big baddie away, so all the dino-dudes can rattle their bones another day. This fourth entry in a series that Kirkus Reviews called "ay caramba, mucho fun," will win even more fans for the Siamese cat with oversize ears and an imagination to match. Take a Look--and a Listen--Inside Skippyjon Jones and the Big Bones Listen to author Judy Schachner give a rousing reading of Skippyjon Jones and the Big Bones--the whole book! Skippito and dinosaurs - Oh my! October 19, 2007 K. W. Regis (Silver Spring, MD United States) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
We were introduced to this book and author at the National Book Festival. If you are not familiar with Skippyjon Jones, he is a Siamese cat whose head is too big for his body and whose ears are too big for his head. He believes he is a Chihuahua and takes the psuedonym Skippito when he goes on his many adventures! What a delight it was to hear Judy Schachner read this story. If you get a chance to meet her at your local bookstore, take your children and enjoy!

We Love this Kittyboy October 23, 2007 M. Pike (Arlington, TN United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
All of Judy Schachner's Skippyjon Jones books are wonderful. Of course, the star is Skippyjon himself, a little Siamese kittyboy with a big imagination. He is in great demand at the small library I work at. The children love him so much we can't keep him on the shelves.
Fun character - great story! November 21, 2007 Nicki Kreitlein (Birmingham, AL) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
These books are fun for the whole family. My kids (4 and 6) both love Skippyjon Jones. This is just another great book in the serise. And the CD is great for "read-along" time! Saves me having to read it 30 times a day.
Super Fun!! December 21, 2007 Smart Shopper (Baltimore, MD) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
My daughter LOVES this book!! We've read it (her to me and me to her) a million times. AND when I got sick of hearing it, we put in the CD and let the author read it to her! LOL This line of books is quite fun.
